What handheld units will the Aero-TIX App work with?

The Aero-TIX service was designed to be compatible with all Apple and Android products.

What do I do if I forget my password or log in?

If you are your company’s designated Airport Administrator, please contact Aero-TIX at help@aero-tix.com by email. All other personnel please contact your Airport Administrator.

What do I do if I enter incorrect information and need to correct it after I submit it?

Please notify your Airport Administrator immediately with the details of which uplift and what information is not correct and what the correct information should be.

I have a suggestion for Aero-TIX. How do I submit my idea to you?

Does the Aero-TIX App include processing the payment for fuel?

The Aero-TIX APP does not process the payment. Nor do we know your price to your customer. We believe that is confidential between the two of you. However, the Aero-TIX APP does provide you all of the details, except the price, to process an invoice, including a searchable copy of the delivery ticket.

My location requires all handheld electronic units on the ramp be in the explosion proof category. Does the Aero-TIX APP comply with this?

The Aero-TIX APP is compatible with all Apple and Android units. These can be housed in an explosion proof case that complies with local regulations when required.
